Return and Exchange of Goods
In which cases can you return the goods or exchange them?
- The customer of the website https://shop.ft.lv/ has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded between the customer and SIA Future Technology for the purchase of goods in the online store https://shop.ft.lv/ within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason.

The period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the day the goods are received. If the last day of this period falls on a public holiday, the right of withdrawal may be exercised on the next working day (inclusive).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify SIA Future Technology of their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a free‑form message to the email address sales@ft.lv or by submitting a written statement via registered mail to the legal address: Liepas 143, Jāņupe, Olaines nov., Olaines pag., Latvija, LV‑2113. After receiving the customer’s notification by email or registered mail, the seller will contact the customer.
- At the moment of receiving the goods, SIA Future Technology has the right to record any possible visual damage to the goods and verify the completeness of the set. If SIA Future Technology discovers unsatisfactory condition of the goods and/or incomplete set upon receipt, the customer will be informed and will receive a copy of the report on the identified discrepancies.

All parcels sent by courier or through parcel terminals must be packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging or in packaging that protects the goods from damage during transportation. If a parcel is not properly packaged, the sender is responsible for any potential damage to the goods during transport (such as scratches or stains).

After receiving the goods and confirming their proper condition and complete set, SIA Future Technology transfers the refundable amount to the bank account specified by the customer in the withdrawal notice or withdrawal form. The customer covers the cost of returning the goods.
- The customer must return the goods to the SIA Future Technology online store without delay, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if, during the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the goods were used for purposes other than determining their characteristics, properties, and functioning. For inspection purposes, the goods may be used only to the extent that would be possible in a physical store.
When can the goods not be returned?
The goods must be returned in the same configuration in which you received them. The product packaging must be undamaged, all original labels and protective packaging elements must be included, and the product itself must look exactly as it did at the time of purchase.
Used, damaged goods or goods that have lost their commercial appearance cannot be returned.
