Warranty Conditions

  1. SIA “Future Technology” (hereinafter — the Seller) guarantees the quality of the purchased product (hereinafter — the Product) and provides a warranty (hereinafter — the Warranty) in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

  2. If the manufacturer’s warranty applies to the Product, its term may exceed the period specified in these conditions. When using the warranty provided by the manufacturer, both these warranty conditions and the manufacturer’s requirements governing the procedure and use of the warranty must be followed.
  3. The Warranty is valid only if the Buyer presents a document confirming the purchase (a receipt or an invoice), and provided that the Product has been used in accordance with the operating instructions and these Warranty Conditions.

  4. The Warranty does not cover accessories included with the Product (such as rechargeable batteries, disposable batteries, connection cables, or fuses).

  5. The Warranty does not apply if the defect or damage to the Product has occurred for any of the following reasons:

    • The Product was used for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer.

    • The non‑conformity resulted from improper installation, assembly, or integration.

    • The non‑conformity was caused by improper preparation of the Product for use or by a violation of the operating rules (including mechanical damage), resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions or the Product description.

    • Unauthorized repairs were performed (such as opening the casing, disassembling components or mechanisms), which are not part of normal operation and were carried out by a person who is not an authorized representative of SIA Future Technology.

    • Damage to the warranty seal or the serial number has been detected.

    • The Product was exposed to conditions not specified in the instructions (including unsuitable temperature or humidity, natural disasters such as lightning, fire, or flooding, or the ingress of foreign objects such as liquids, insects, and similar).

  6. If, during the diagnostics, it is determined that the identified defects are not covered by the Warranty, the Seller is entitled to require the Buyer to cover the cost of the diagnostics.

  7. The assessment of the Product’s conformity with the contract is carried out at the office of SIA Future Technology at the following address: Liepas 143, Jāņupe, LV‑2113.
  8. The Seller undertakes to remedy the non‑conformity of the Product or to offer an alternative solution as soon as possible, but no later than:

    • 30 days, if the service center is located in Latvia;

    • 60 days, if the warranty service is carried out outside Latvia.

  9. If the service center confirms the presence of a manufacturing defect, it shall be remedied free of charge (the Product will be repaired).

  10. If it is impossible or disproportionate to remedy the non‑conformity, the Buyer has the right to request the replacement of the Product with an equivalent one or with another product from the available assortment.

  11. If the Buyer chooses a replacement, the Warranty for the new Product remains valid from the purchase date of the original Product and is extended by the period from the moment the Product is handed over to the Seller until the moment the Buyer is notified that the Product is ready.
  12. If it is impossible to remedy the non‑conformity and the Buyer does not choose a replacement, the Buyer has the right to request a refund of the amount paid for the Product.
