Temporary Service Suspension
If you plan not to use the service temporarily, you must send a free‑form letter to ft@ft.lv, signed with an electronic signature. The letter must specify the start date of suspension and the end date of the period during which the service should be paused.
No fee is charged for holding the service.
If the application is not submitted, invoices will continue to be issued, and in case of non‑payment, penalty fees may be applied.
The minimum period of temporary suspension is one calendar month.
Full Service Termination
If you no longer plan to use the service, you must send a free‑form application to ft@ft.lv, signed with an electronic signature, indicating the date from which the service should be terminated.
The application must be submitted no later than one calendar month before the termination date. Otherwise, one additional payment will be required.
When restoring the service after full termination, a new contract is concluded, the terms of which are available in the section “Tariff Plans”.
